I'm trying to configure my Enttec DMX Pro for remote control of Madrix. When I scan under Device Manager/DMX devices, it is recognized, but comes up as an output device under Settings and won't let me change it to an input device. I do have it selected under Devices (USB/PCI) in preferences. And the Enttec box works under other software (LightFactory) so I know the box is good.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi,

you are sure you enabled the DMX USB Pro in the Preferences?
Because it sounds like MADRIX does not recognize your interface as a DMX USB Pro, maybe it is about the Open DMX USB and with this MADRIX did not give you the option as a input interface.
