I cannot find my LED fixture. Can I still use it?

Yes, probably. MADRIX works with a fixture library that can be extended. Learn more here. Please note that MADRIX does not support fixtures, such as lasers, moving heads, or scanners.

 

I cannot control the white channel of my fixtures. What can I do?

In the MADRIX software, go to the menu Preferences > Patch Editor... and a new window opens. Then, navigate to Edit > Matrix Size... and set Color Depth to 4.

 

Several DMX channels are not working correctly. What can I do?

In the MADRIX software, go to the menu Tools > DMX Fader Tool... and a new window opens. Make sure to set deactivate all channels via All Off.

 

Which DMX512 interfaces are supported by the MADRIX software?

Which firmware should I use for my devices?

Please always use the latest firmware available for any MADRIX hardware product. New firmware updates become available with new MADRIX software updates.
