Patch Window & Add Patch Access + Memory

Would it be possible to make the add to patch pop-up independent from the patch screen similar to how MAP works with the Programmer?

Today when I'm patching I press Preferences | Patch. From there you click Add. The problem is, if I'm patching lots of items I need to close and open the Add screen because I can't interact with main Patch window.

Also the Add Patch screen doesn't remember any settings like in M2. Every time I open Add I need to re-enter a million configurations. It should remember the last created patch as long as I haven't completed closed the Add Patch + Patch screen.

OK, we will see what we can do the add patch dialog remember his settings.

Currently the add patch dialog is designed so called modal, i did not see a chance to change this in a short term, but we will discuss this as well.
