Win7 Professional 64Bit problems

Post by AlexP »

Hello folks,
i got some interesting problems here with Madrix 2.13c and Win7 Professional 64bit.
Computer specifications are: Intel Core i7-2600K, 8GB RAM, Nvidia GTX 590 graphics, OSC 30GB SSD, D-Link DGE-528T networking.

After installing Madrix 2.13c all the network settings are getting lost approx. 15 to 20 min. after starting Madrix.
With the Madrix 2.12a it worked.
Nothing at the hardware changed, the LED setup was the same. It seems to be a Madrix 2.13c error.

Hi Alex,

Thank you for reporting this!

Can you please send us an e-mail to info[at]madrix.com?

Please send
- your MADRIX Setup file (this is your show file)
- the Logfile (from the beginning to the point where the network settings are lost)
- a description which network settings /which protocol you are using

To save the Setup File:
In MADRIX, please go to the menu "File" -> "Save Setup As...".

To save the Logfile:
In MADRIX, please navigate to the menu "Tools" -> "Logfile" -> "Save To File...".

Thanks!

Problem is solved, i guess:
I had the same problems with the 2.12a this morning, so i changed the network switch, and now it works.
I guess, the switch crashed or broke down.
