Madrix Neo - Windows Vista 64 - Drivers not found

Help please

I have installed again and again, yet every time I plug in my new Madrix NEO USB it lights up orange and the application cannot find the interface. I am getting the Unknown Device error from windows.

I tried installing the drivers on their own and this too did not work.

I hate windows vista!

Can you please try to:

1) use a different USB port
2) change the USB cable
