You can speed up the copy process. Just go to the menu Edit -> Copy Storage Places. You will have some quite convenient options there.

In total, you wish to control 64x80=5120 pixels.
MADRIX KEY dvi start supports up to 512 pixels. Therefore, it is not suited for your needs. MADRIX KEY dvi would be the right product for you.
