Hi Guys

We have a large LED system based around the WS2811 LED . Its a brand new design and installation and its the first time using the Nebula product.

The problems

They system runs fine for a few hours then after a period desides to lock out and stop working . We have tried to replicate to but its just random timeless its locking out . The simple reset see the problem fixed and the system will then run again for a hour or maybe 3-5 hours before the failure reoccurs.

We have up speced with a new more powerful computer and the Led lights are now powered every 50 nodes as recommended. We have swapped the Nebula and we are now at a loss as to what it could be .

This is a multiple venue roll out so its pretty important for us .

Please advise if engineers can remote access and or attend site and what are the fees to do so . UK based project .

In our experience, these issues point to an inadequate supply of power.
.
But as far is I know, our UK representatives and us are already supporting you as best as we can through other channels and I am sure it will be resolved soon.
