Madrix 3.3 blocks of LED's not lining up to video

When the screen is on and connected to Madrix there are LED's that are responding at different timings to the rest of the screen. Link below contains images and video. Any help would be appreciated...

Hello Burrosh,
Welcome to the MADRIX forum.
First of all please update you MADRIX 3 to the latest version.
Under the following link you can download it:

Because of the sent videos it seems that there is a patching issue either in the LED Wall controller or in the MADRIX patch.
Please double check the controller settings and also the MADRIX patch respectively DVI Map of the MADRIX patch.
