Pioneer DDJ-wego4

Hello!
A client of mine has purchased a Pioneer DDJ-wego 4 midi controller in hopes of using it to control Madrix. I have attempted to patch the controller, but several of the faders appear to output non linear/sequential midi notes, and and several times while trying to figure this out the software has crashed. Does anyone out there have any experience with this particular controller? Or any recommendations as to how to proceed? Thanks in advance!
