I have madrix 2.10 with USB Key.
With key or without key (demo mode) i have error like this in 4:07

Preview window and fixture freeze (blackout). Always.


exampl: In demo setup "Fire" fixture and preview not working on Storage A&B #4
my device is T9 Eurolite and LSD-25 DVI 48x64 (x2)

Thank you for your report.

The blackout in the video at 4:07 is a protection feature of the demo mode. The Preview Window in the middle represents the actual output. In demo mode this output is SWITCHED OFF (BLACKOUT) every other minute for a short duration.

When the USB key is connected to your computer, this blackout will not happen.

I just loaded the demo setup "Fire" and the Preview does work on Storage A4 and B4 on my computer.

To find out what is going wrong, you can send us your setup and logfile by e-mail.
