Flood in secondary network card

Hello. We have a Madrix installation with 250+ Nebulas. We use 10 Gbit optic fiber interface to control them and a simple 100 Mbit ethernet interface for internet and remote desktop connections. The problem is that Madrix is trying to use both cards and simply destroys 100 Mbit interface - it is always utilized at rates around 90-95 Mbit/s. Right now I managed to deny Madrix connections on 100 Mbit channel via Windows firewall, but this solution is not very reliable.

Is there a way to define which interfaces Madrix can use without involving firewalls?

Hi deadbeef,

The network card being used is determined by the set IP addresses in the Art-Net tab of the "Device Manager" in MADRIX 5.

It seems that the issue here was, that some of the MADRIX NEBULAs weren't active (not available) in the network. This causes the Windows operating system to attempt to reach the missing devices via the standard gateway (in that case the 100 Mbit network card).
