Hi,

I will upload a video of the building that we have done animations for.

The animation is working OK, until 20:48:06, after that time, the top row stops somewhere from the middle, and the rest of the night it doesn't change, the animation is not working on that segment.

I used Aura 32 combined with Luna 16 and Luna 4. Each row represents 1 DMX universe. The last row is powered by 4 power supplies, (1 PSU = 4 vertical lines).

Can this be a software issue? Or something else?
What are your thoughts? What should I look for? What should I check on the building or in the software?

Can you please send us the SD Card content of the AURA via e-mail to info[at]madrix[dot]com?
Furthermore please tell the steps to get the top row working again.
