LUNA16 - DMX OUT 9-16 DOES NOT WORK (NO SIGNAL)

Hi

LUNA16 + MADRIX 5 (Basic Licence)
No Signal Output at DMX Outputs 9-16; where Outputs 1-8 work fine (both tested with USB & Art-Net,Ethernet
All outputs ON (1-16); tested also with DMX In ON or OFF

Tested with default MADRIX Setup or custom patching setup
DMX Watcher shows DMX Out as per the program, yet no physical output signal at the Luna16 Outputs 9-16

DMX signal is tested with Swisson XMT-350

This issue report was also send via e-mail.

It was a hardware issue especially in this LUNA 16.
The issue has been already solved.

Hi richardshodges,

In such cases the device needs to be sent back to us alongside with an filled-out RMA document. The device will be then repaired in-house. If you open or manipulate the device yourself, you will loose warranty. Just contact us if you are facing hardware issues!

What would I do now? My partner opens the device himself.
