I am running into a strange problem.

The Highlight function in the device manager lights up the universe properly.
.
But in the patch editor everything goes off properly but the pixel does not light up.
.
In the Highlight options I have the top one set to white and the ones below to black.
.
LED strips 2815 do work in live view. The colors are also correct.
.
But to patch it properly I would like to light up every pixel to schedule it properly.
.
What could be the reason that the live view does turn black but that no pixel lights up?

Do you have a MADRIX KEY with a MADRIX 5 license connected?

The highlight function in the Patch Editor requires a MADRIX 5 license. The highlight in the Device Manager works without a license.
