MADRIX Aura 12 Not Recording Over Network or USB

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my MADRIX Aura 12 device. The unit is unable to record scenes either via the network (LAN) or via USB connection.

Details of the issue:

Device: MADRIX Aura 12

Connection Methods Tested: Network (LAN) and USB

Problem: Recording does not start over network and USB only possible by manual

Notes: I have confirmed power supply and basic connectivity, but the recording function still does not work.

Could you please advise on possible causes and troubleshooting steps? Additionally, are there any specific firmware or configuration requirements I should check for proper recording?

Hi Dohyun Kim,

Do you use MADRIX 5 to record the scenes? If you use MADRIX 5, please make sure to activate the "inoage - MADRIX" checkbox in the "Options" dialog ("Preferences > Options...").
Did you define a static IP address for your computer (such as 10.0.0.1 and subnet 255.0.0.0)?

The USB connection only works for firmwareupdates and power supply.

Thank you for your reply.

I have already configured a static IP address on my computer (10.0.0.1 / 255.0.0.0) and set the AURA device accordingly. I also activated the "inoage – MADRIX" checkbox in the Preferences > Options dialog as you advised.

However, the recording is still not working.
For your reference, I am attaching the screenshots of my current settings.

Could you please check the attached configuration and advise me if there is anything I might have missed?

Thank you for the screenshots.

Please send us your MADRIX 5 setup and a logfile to info[at]madrix[dot]com. To save the logfile please start MADRIX and select "Tools" > "Logfile...", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the logfile.
