Hello,

I have 48 universes of DMX pixel tape connected to Madrix via 3 Artnet nodes. The very first Pixel on several of the universes is missing one of the 4 colors. I thought it was the strips until I checked DMX watcher, which shows no output on those channels. Everything appears to be patched correctly, and aside from this problem everything works. What am I missing? What settings have I messed up? Screenshot attached showing the problem. Thanks!

Please send us your MADRIX 5 setup and a logfile to info[at]madrix[dot]com. To save the logfile please start MADRIX and select "Tools" > "Logfile...", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the logfile.
