Hi FR3NK,

1. Please configure the EUROLITE sending/receiving card correctly. Often this is done with the LED Studio software. This is required before you can use MADRIX. The user manual including step by step instructions can be found here: media.steinigke.de/documents/00061811.pdf

2. In MADRIX, use the Matrix Generator to tell MADRIX that you are using 4 panels LSD-75 (e.g. Count X = 4, Y = 1).

3. Add a new T9 device to MADRIX: http://help.madrix.com/index.html?hidd_dvi_devices.html

4. Save your Setup file.

These are ONLY the basic steps.
I have a complete step by step user manual, which I can send you by e-mail. But it is only in German currently.

Please send us an e-mail to info{at}madrix.com if your are still having problems.

We have found the solution to our problems .... But we have to use the card sending, that we were not comfortable - we want to work with the laptop.
We did not get to add ustproystvo way: http://help.madrix.com/index.html?hidd_dvi_devices.html
As far as I understand when you add a device in this way does not require mail-order card .... just need to directly connect the Gigabit Ethernet PC card receiver with DVI?
If you are not hard to please send us detailed instructions on the e-mail: fr3nkru@gmail.com
