Personal Sample Setups Exchange

Hi everybody!
I was wondering, why I can't find personal created Sample Setups for download?!
I mean you can do alot by yourself and save it as a custom setup that anyone can use - no matter which panels/panelssize or whatever you have - or am I wrong?!
And I would appreciate it very much, if Madrix themselfes could bring out some new ones time to time!
What do you guys think?!
