USB Key not detected

Our USB key has stopped being detected by MADRIX and now we are stuck without being able to output. Tried updating the firmware, but that did not fix the problem. Is there any workaround for this? Do I need to get a replacement key?

Welcome to the MADRIX forum!
In order to further analyze the issue please send us a MADRIX 5 logfile to info[at]madrix[dot]com. To save the logfile please start MADRIX and select "Tools" > "Logfile...", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the logfile. Please make sure to have your MADRIX KEY connected during the creation of the logfile.
