HI,
I have purchased NEO madrix.

can i connect 3 pin xlr rather than 5 pin xlr to neo output?

You can easily connect a 3 pin XLR cable to the NEO when you are using a standard XLR 5 pin male to 3 pin female adapter.
Such an adapter you can buy in the most music stores.
