Good afternoon, . I am running into a strange problem. . The Highlight function in the device manager lights up the universe properly. . But in the patch editor everything goes off properly but the pixel does not light up. . In the Highlight options I have the top one set to white and the ones below...

Hello everyone,

I've a question about my madrix key. Whene i put the usb stick in my usb port it doens't unlock the Madrix software. In my windows screen shows up a message that the driver is making a big error in windows.

What could it be?

I hope there is a solution to fix it.

I try it with another PC with madrix 3.6g and it gives the same bug. Is no program running then is there no problem but when I started madrix then the flickering leds begins...
