sorry for my maybe very general question, but my last madrix project from scratch is a bit ago...
I got a request for a new one: A designer wants to control four 8m lines of RGB or RGBW pixels (not decided yet)
I think I will use stripes with 60LED/m so four lines of 480LEDs type W26812B ...

My USB Key was changed because of some incompatibility issues with Madrix 5 (so I understood)
During this Process I was asked if I want to use Madrix 5 in the Future. I said "yes" because in the future I will changeover.
Today I tested it and it with madrix 3.6k and I always got the Message ...

But in general the installation lights flicker as long as I close the 2nd process in the task manager...

I have a very ugly effect. When I want to autostart Madrix it starts twice. I have to kill one process Manual that it works normal. It is no difference if I do it via the Windows autostart (Shell:common Startup) or the button in Madrix

I am using Madrix 3.6g. I have a Patch of a Matrix with 13 rows of LED Stripe, with some space between the lines vertically (31pixel space).
In the preview I am missing lines 7-10. (see Picture) What am I doing wrong?
