Re: Simultaneously Control Independent Groups
Hi Quinton, We will add tutorials regarding this topic in the near future. HTTP remote allows you to trigger certain actions on the AURA(for example start the playback of the Cue List, start a recording, manipulate the intensity level, etc.) remotely (from a remote location) using a device, which ne...

Re: Multiple NIC config for artnet
Hi fred_dev, If you use the same IP address range for both network cards/NICs, Windows will only use one network card to send the data (it is an operating system related issue). That means you will need to configure different IP address ranges for each network card. For example: 2.1.0.0 / 255.255.0....

Re: Simultaneously Control Independent Groups
Hi Quinton, Yes, you will find all the necessary information in the manual. As I said before, you will be able to create customized HTTP commands, which are triggering certain "Actions". The following Actions will be available: Cue - Calls a specific cue [requires a value to choose which c...

Re: map individual fixtures
Hi ic3live, Welcome to the MADRIX forum! I would like to give you some information regarding the Fixture Groups in MADRIX: - MADRIX builds a bounding box around the fixtures, when creating a fixture group. - MADRIX uses the bounding box of the fixture group with only its largest dimensions in X, Y, ...

Re: question about sql database connection
Hi Gomez, Please see my answers below: 1. "Is there is a way to set up a backup system to back up radar data." - No sorry, since a database system as being used to store the collected data, the data base is also responsible to secure the data. That means the backup system needs to be provi...

Re: Same Universe across multiple Stella's
Hi Quinton, Both MADRIX 5 and the MADRIX AURA allow you to send data in broadcast -or unicast mode in case of Art-Net or unicast and multicast in case of sACN. Using unicast is a great way to lower the data traffic immensely, which means that a larger number of Art-Net devices can be used in one net...

Re: External Time Sync Aura
Hi Quinton,
No, the latitude/longitude are only used to calculate sunrise or sunset time. Time has to be set manually or you can synchronize the "device time" of the AURA with the browser clock. Once set, AURA will keep the time.

Re: Simultaneously Control Independent Groups
Hi Quinton, 1) "Ok got it, out of curiosity how many recordings (storage places) can i record to in the Auras?" - The maximum number of recordings recordings depends on the storage capacity of the SD card. 2) "Also I assume each storage place will be triggered by a diff HTTP command?&...

Re: External Time Sync Aura
Hi Quinton,
You will be able to set a latitude and longitude, which will be used to calculate the corresponding sunrise and sunset times automatically. It is possible to synchronize the "AURA time" with the web-browser clock.

Re: Simultaneously Control Independent Groups
Hi Quinton, [...] can I use Madrix5 on a PC as my master and 3aura slaves?[...] - Unfortunately this is not possible, since the master slave synchronization only works between/across MADRIX AURA devices. - Nevertheless if you start a AURA recording in MADRIX 5 and the AURAs have been set up in maste...
