Re: RGBW mapping
Hi Alchmadrix, When using the SCE Video effect with RGBW fixtures, please make sure to activate the "RGBW" in the effect settings. If this option is enabled the input will be converted into RGBW. If the option is disabled when using RGBW fixtures, the input will appear darker since the Whi...

Re: Displaying Games/Pong on LED-Wall
Hi niklas,
You could use the so-called SCE Screencapture effect to capture the game from another screen. This should also be the easiest solution.
Here you will find further information:

I hope this helps you.

Re: How to send cues
Hi Djcheshire, Welcome to the MADRIX Forum! You will need to make use of the so-called "Fixture Groups" feature and "Map" settings of the used effect Layer. Fixture groups allow you to organize fixtures that are included in your Patch in clusters and then to control them together...

Hi Dragan,
Since we do not know the electrical circuit of the DMX Buffer, it is difficult to make a concrete statement. Please contact the manufacturer of the DMX buffer on that regard. Sorry!

Hi Dr.,
Power and data supply should be treated separately. The power supply of the LUNA already includes the PE connection. Could you please further elaborate on the sent image?

Re: Universe 1 -Missing LED 1-4 on Universe 1????
Hi jad, Great! Please note that this is the normal behavior of the DMX Fader Tool: - The DMX Fader Tool will overwrite any DMX data that is regularly sent to your LEDs by MADRIX 5. - That means the Main Output will be overwritten on the particular channels (LTP mode). - This tool/feature can be used...

Re: Universe 1 -Missing LED 1-4 on Universe 1????
Hi jad,
Please check if there are one (or more) faders activated in the "DMX Fader Tool". If yes, deactivate all active faders.
You will find the "DMX Fader Tool" via "Tools" > "DMX Fader Tool....".
Does that solve the issue?
