MADRIX RADAR 1.0 to 1.2a - E-Mail notification is not working anymore

Reason for the issue:
The used Windows service, which is responsible for the e-mail authentication is no longer available.

Solution:
We are working on a solution which will be released with the next MADRIX RADAR version (RADAR 1.3)
