Trouble Downloading Firmware
Trouble Downloading Firmware
Hi, my Win11 PC is connected to the internet. Windows Firewall is turned off.
Hardware manager will not download any firmware into its library. My USB and ArtNet Nebulas are detected by Hardware Manager.
I have selected Download Firmware Files from the menu but nothing ever downloads.
I have tried the following versions both exhibit the same behavior
"The software version is 1.0c (1.0.3.150) - 64 Bit."
"The software version is 1.0d (1.0.4.150) - 64 Bit."
How can I obtain support? I have 10x Nebula that require updating

Please send us a MADRIX HARDWARE MANAGER logfile to info[at]madrix[dot]com.
Therefore please perform the following steps:
1) Launch the software, try to download one of the firmwares.
2) Navigate to "View" and enable "Log". Open the Log view.
3) Perform a right click in the Log view and select "Export List...".
Alternatively previous logfiles can be found here:
C:\Users\[your username]\Documents\MADRIX HARDWARE MANAGER\logs
