no data output after about 20 min without operation

if I without any operation about 20 min, the ArtNET data output stopped,
all the previews are normal , I can save the setup but can not exit the software, I can only reboot the computer to activate again.
my config is: MADRIX 3.1 Professional
os: windows 8.1 64bit
cpu: intel i7-4702
ram: 8G
display: NVIDIA GeForce GT-720M (2G)
