Stretching Ticker Text / Images

Is there a way to stretch Ticker Text or Images? Images I could stretch in Photoshop, however Ticker Text might be a bit harder.

For the SCE Ticker i have to say no.
Maybe it is a good idea if you told us a little more what you have in mind (for the result).
The SCE Image effect is able to stretch the loaded image. You have several options if the image is streched and keep the aspect or not.

Thanks for the response. The problem I have is that the pixel matrix I use does not have square distance between the pixels. They are 3 cm x 6cm apart (3 cm on the width and 6 on the height) so all text looks "squeezed" together.

I was able to use the "map" feature to get the text somewhat streched but was hoping for an easier way...
