Please send us a logfile to info[at]madrix[dot]com. To save the logfile please start MADRIX and select "Tools" > "Logfile...", click "Save As..." and enter a name for the logfile.

Only if you use a separate MADRIX NEBULA port for each LED strip / line. The LED tapes do have a fixed direction for the data signal, normally indicated with a small arrow.

Hi,
You can load a sliced video or image with the SCE Video and SCE Image effect. Slice options are also available for the SCE Capture effect. This effect allows you receive a video stream (e.g. via NDI).
